My coworkers have started hovering around my desk on the first week of the month just to see what experimental batch shows up. The small-batch variety keeps things exciting, and even the flavor combos I'd never pick myself end up being the ones I crave most.

I’m usually picky about cookies, but these small-batch experiments have a homemade quality I can’t resist. This month’s four flavors were all winners, and the anticipation of what the bakers dream up next keeps me checking my mailbox.

The monthly rotation keeps things exciting—I never know what’s coming, and last month’s brown butter toffee chip was gone within a day. It’s the small-batch feel that does it for me, like each box is a little experiment I get to taste before anyone else.
